How much e-waste do I need to have before you'll collect it?
Our service is built for bulk collection from businesses and schools. If you’re not sure whether your volume qualifies, contact us with a rough estimate and we’ll confirm.
Do you handle data destruction for devices collected in bulk?
Yes. Every device collected, regardless of volume, goes through the same secure data erasure process before it’s processed, so a 200-device IT refresh gets the same data protection as a small office cleanout.
What electronics can I recycle?
We recycle computers, laptops, monitors, phones, servers, networking equipment, storage devices and other office IT hardware. If you’re unsure about an item, send us a photo and we’ll let you know.
What happens to my e-waste after pickup?
Your equipment is taken to our Prospect depot. We erase or destroy the data in accordance with international standards, reuse what we can, and send the rest to approved recyclers.
Can you work around our office hours or school term dates?
Yes. We schedule collections around your timeline, including after-hours office moves, weekend pickups, or school holiday periods, so the collection doesn’t disrupt your day-to-day operations.
What if we're not sure what equipment we have to get rid of?
That’s common, especially after office moves or lab upgrades. Contact us with a general description, and we’ll help you work out what needs collecting and how it should be handled.
Do I need to wipe my data before pickup?
No. We take care of data erasure for you. Deleting files or resetting a device doesn’t remove everything, so please leave it to us. You’ll get a certificate to show your data was destroyed.
